Job Title Key Accounts Customer Service Specialist Job Description Key Accounts Customer Service Specialist (Murrysville, PA) As the Key Accounts Customer Service Specialist, you will provide customer service support with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions for our Respironics Sleep products division. Your role: Displaying a commitment to quality by following required quality procedures and standard practices. Managing customer expectations by thoroughly explaining process, identifying, and mitigating challenges, and establishing clear communication lines. Understanding customer needs and providing solutions based on available tools. Proactively identify issues and address short term and long-term solutions and search for opportunities for continuous improvement. Assist sales account managers in tracking customer metrics and coordinating efforts to assist with customer needs. Coordinate with manufacturing, distribution, and remote services to ensure order fulfillment. You're the right fit if: You possess a college degree or relevant training/background experience. You've acquired 2 + years of Customer Service Experience. Your skills include excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and good problem-solving skills. You're capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within a team, and proficiently using Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook. You can work in a fast paced and possibly stressful environment while maintaining a professional demeanor. Knowledge of Philips Respironics medical and software equipment a plus. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
