We are actively seeking a compassionate and energetic therapist for our clinic who is committed to therapeutic excellence for our patients. You will be responsible for doing diagnostic assessments, making customized treatment plans with goals and objectives, providing crisis intervention as needed, and ensuring patients are receiving appropriate ongoing care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience working with mental health patients as well as a current Illinois license (LMFT/LCPC/LCSW, at this time provisional not considered unless you are in the process of receiving full licensure). Revive Relationship Therapy is a boutique private practice founded in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. We are a team of warm, passionate therapists whose clinical focus is relationship problems. We strive to help people gain insight and build skills to improve themselves and their ability to maintain lasting, fulfilling relationships. We are also qualified and passionate about helping clients who are facing mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, difficult life transitions, self-esteem problems, and more. We need therapists who are warm, engaging, personable, independent, and good team players to help us grow! Responsibilities:• Conduct outpatient therapy (50-minute sessions) in accordance with state regulations and professional licensure laws• Work a minimum of 10 client hours/sessions per week, with desire to grow into a full-time caseload over time• Provide therapy to individual and couples clients• Maintain scheduling of active clients and collect balances due at the time of service; utilizing the practice's electronic health record system• Maintain contact with the client’s other treatment providers to ensure optimum care, if necessary• Attend weekly (eventually biweekly) meetings to discuss administrative and clinical matters• See clients during some evenings and weekend hours• Participate actively in sessions with clients and uphold our values Qualifications:• Minimum 1-3 years experience providing therapy to both individuals and couples• Located within a comfortable commute distance to the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago• Passion and experience working with clients on issues in their primary relationships, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or other problem areas• Master's degree in related field• Active license in the state of IL • Ability to maintain a calendar of clients and all corresponding administrative work such as treatment plans, progress notes• Ability to work independently; self-starter• Consider yourself an "active" therapist - engaging with clients during sessions and providing feedback as necessary Compensation: $60 - $70 hourly About Company: At Revive Relationship Therapy, we are extremely passionate about helping clients improve their relationships and navigate all of their mental health struggles. We provide all administrative tasks, billing-related duties, and referrals for our therapists, so that you may focus on your clinical work. In addition to your hourly clinical rate, we provide additional benefits such as malpractice insurance, health insurance (for full-time therapists), paid time off, and group supervision/consult twice monthly.
