You’ll be responsible for overseeing organizational operations, training new agents, and ensuring that we meet our company goals. Responsibilities: • Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale• Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers• Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in• Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards• Mentor and advise agents on best practices to grow their career• Encourage others• Close your own transactions• Call provided leads• Promote the team at all times, through your sphere and events Qualifications: • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents• Must have a managing broker’s license• At least 3+ years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing agent at a real estate company• Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage• Superb customer service and communication skills Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly About Company: The Jason Baker Team at Rise Realty was rated the #1 team for residential units sold in the area, and the PLACE Inc. platform was the #1 Team in the US.
