A company is looking for an SMB Customer Success Manager. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with schools and districts to ensure success and adoption of the platform Monitor client portfolio health and engagement, collaborating with internal teams for client satisfaction Utilize data and customer insights to drive product adoption, renewal, and expansion Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience managing accounts through the customer journey Demonstrated success in client communication, growth opportunities identification, and driving renewals Experience in client success planning and hitting company OKRs Background in education and familiarity with Gainsight and Salesforce is a plus
