Summary: Seeking a positive, team-oriented individual that wants to become a front desk receptionist in a fast-paced medical office. Up to one year of experience is required. *Arabic Speaking Preferred* Pay: $16 - $19 per hourOur office is multi-discipline and requires excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills. Answering multi phone lines, verifying insurance, billing claims, obtaining authorization while handling the day to day at a busy office. Ethomas experience is a bonus. Training will be provided by our experienced front desk staff. Benefits include Health insurance, paid vacation, holiday and 401k. Merit reviews are done once a year and are based on performance. Responsibilities: Receive patients. Answer phones. Schedule appointments. Accommodate patients' needs.
