Point Solutions Group is growing and looking to add a Lead Network Engineer to our team of technical experts. In this role, you will design and implement Network infrastructure for clients in a variety of industries. An ideal candidates will reside in the Denver are and be able to support a hybrid work schedule. Job Responsibilities: Provides design, installation, configuration, and operations support for network infrastructure. Participates in researching, testing, and recommending new networking technologies; implements new technology. Performs network maintenance and upgrades; maintains documentation as part of the network services team. Monitors and resolves infrastructure performance, application connectivity, and security related issues utilizing specialized network diagnostic equipment and software. Provide leadership to junior Network Engineers and Administrators Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related engineering discipline preferred. Minimum five (5) years of experience with installation, configuration, and support of a large multi- site, hybrid cloud, Cisco network environment. Must possess advanced network planning and design, implementation, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with network security and traffic monitoring tools. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work long-term network projects while providing technical support to day-to-day operations. Specific experience with cisco technologies including routers (ISR, ASR, Meraki) and switches (Nexus), firewalls (PIX, ASA) and Cisco ISE, Cisco Firepower Knowledge with other network hardware including Juniper and Palo Alto also preferred CCNP or CCIE desired
