A company is looking for a Data Analyst Manager. Key Responsibilities: Lead a talented team of data analysts to provide empirical answers to crucial questions about customers, operations, finances, and products Develop and implement analytics strategy, roadmap, and technology stack to support stakeholders across product lines and business units Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the data analytics team, ensuring successful delivery against objectives Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or related role 2+ years of experience as a technical team lead and people manager Expertise in SQL and developing team members' SQL capabilities Experience setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators for Business Intelligence report usage Experience leading agile teams and rituals like Storytime, Story Splitting, Story Estimation, and Retrospectives
