Practice Area: Asbestos - Defense, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 4 Years, A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their San Francisco, CA office.Job Overview: The Litigation Attorney will represent clients in legal proceedings, provide legal advice, conduct research, and prepare legal documents.Job Details:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as (a) working at a computer for extended periods, including on-screen reading and typing; (b) participating in digital/virtual conference calls; (c) participating in meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:4+ years of asbestos litigation experience.Superior research and writing skills.Experience taking and defending depositions.Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.Experience managing a case docket and appearing in court is preferred.Admission to California Bar.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California Bar.Skills:Asbestos litigation experience.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
