Tips earned will vary by shifts worked, skill and experience. 13 per hour. Hosts are the first impression of the restaurant! They are responsible for welcoming and coordinating the seating of guests in the dining room and bar. No experience required. As an SPB Hospitality Team Member you may be asked to perform additional related duties to meet ongoing needs.
