Responsibilities:• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads (canvassing, referrals, social media)• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers• Present, promote, and sell services to customers• Achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned territory• Prepare sales contracts and negotiate terms with customers• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions• Meet with company-generated leads (based on performance) Qualifications:• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a high level of energy• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable, especially Spanish language proficiency• Experience using CRM software is a plus• Prior experience in energy sales is preferred Additionally, we provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role as a Sales Representative.
