Employbridge Search Group has a client in Church Hill, TN that is looking for an HR Manager to join their team. This is a growing location, with great benefits and competitive salary. Job Duties * Establish programs to orient new employees and provide all employees with an orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals * Establish and monitor effective safety and health programs * Investigates accidents and prepares reports for Workers Compensation carrier * Keep records personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations * Conducts wage survey within labor market to determine competitive wage rate * Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover and monthly HR reports * Managing Full Cycle Human Resources functions at the manufacturing facility * Support plant management and supervisory staffing concerning resolution of human resources related issues and concerns * Examine and improve day to day programs to assure timely and cost effective response to supervisor's and employees' questions and concerns * Implement appropriate and timely staffing programs * Provide plant management with effective and timely responses to issues and assist with employee relations * Recruits, interviews, and select employees to fill vacant positions * Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations * Manages relationship with HR outside providers including but not limited to staffing services and other HR service providers * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in related field * 5+ years progressive HR Experience preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry. * Experience with ADP Payroll strongly preferred * Must be familiar with all Federal and State Employment Laws * Must have experience with safety * Proven leadership experience * Organizational skills * Willing to help in other areas as needed
