Description:
The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Lebanon IN area to find off shift managers for their team! These roles are on 2nd and 3rd shift, oversee production operations, and all team members on the off shifts. This job will have the following responsibilities: Oversees production lines to make sure products meet all specifications and numbers / targets are meeting objectivesDirectly manage production team leads and all hourly associatesIndirectly oversee shift maintenance, quality, and warehouseMaintains a safe work environment for all employeesParticipates in continuous improvement projects and initiativesManage employee staffing and labor on off-shift Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors Degree preferred3+ years of manufacturing supervisor experiencePrevious experience working on the off-shift preferredExperience in food, packaging, automotive, metals, pharma, and plastics manufacturing preferred
