We are seeking a highly motivated Bioimage Analyst with experience in advanced image analysis, bioinformatics, and computational biology. This role will be a key contributor alongside a team of talented computational biologists and experimental scientists. The Bioimage Analyst will be responsible for analysing 2D and 3D images of protein expression and investigating immune responses using various machine learning methods, including deep learning.We create a place where people can grow, be their best, be safe, and feel welcome, valued and included. Collaborate closely with the research team members to design and conduct such analyses. Build and maintain bioimaging analysis pipelines using Python-based tools like Scikit-Image, OpenCV, and Napari. Derive insights from complex bioimaging data. Collect and report data to the relevant project team members. Interact with other team members to facilitate the development and optimization of the analysis. Execute and deliver data of the project to a high quality and within defined timeframes. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals, MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field. Extensive experience in analysis of bioimaging data. Proficiency in Python programming and experience with Python-based image analysis tools. Strong statistical skills. Experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Preferred Qualifications : PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field. A track record of problem-solving, with the ability to navigate complex scientific and business challenges.
