Job Description Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Specialist position working for our client in downtown Denver. The Quality Assurance Specialist is directly responsible for reviewing client records for inaccuracy and follow reporting rules for correction. * Serves as final checkpoint before delivering reports to clients * Manage the flow of tasks through various online platforms * Following up on email correspondences with clients * Readily assist one another and collaborating with management to address specific review challenges * Assists with other quality assurance tasks ensuring the highest level of client service reporting. Qualifications * Associates Degree, preferred * Software knowledge using MS Office & Google Suite * Extremely high attention to detail * Excellent problem solving skills * Technically savvy as this role requires toggling through multiple databases Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position starts at $22.00 an hourYour actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience * Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include: * Medical, Dental and Vision * Disability Insurance * Supplemental Life Insurance * Health Savings Account (HSA) * Fixed Indemnity Plans * Voluntary Benefits Work Location: Onsite for up to 120 days Hours: Monday - Friday (8 am to 5 pm) Terms: Contract to hire For immediate consideration, please apply and then call our offices directly to further discuss the opportunity.
