The Arc Ontario Facilities Assistant Salary: $16.25 - $17.31 Position Overview Join our team as a Facilities Assistant at The Arc Ontario. Your duties will include overseeing grounds keeping for all of our owned properties, which entails seasonal tasks such as general landscape maintenance, lawn care, and shrub planting and trimming. Additionally, you'll be responsible for painting both interior and exterior surfaces across all sites, and providing assistance to our Facilities Specialists when required. Work Location: Canandaigua, NY Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm with flexibility to meet agency needs Our Culture Investing in our staff while thriving in a flexible and fun work environment! Responsibilities Responsible for all lawn maintenance, snow removal and grounds upkeep at all agency sites, maintaining the standards set forth by the agency. Determines materials, equipment and tools necessary to perform job. Responsible for overall quality of work. Responsible for equipment maintenance and upkeep.
