Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in serving diverse student populations. We are seeking part-time Student Assistants/Work Study for the Computer Lab and Ace Center. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Basic Tier I support Service Desk support Classroom checks & inventory Basic AV and student service events Hardware setup in classrooms and offices Computer moves Work hours are changed each semester to be flexible with each student's availability after classes are scheduled QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Must be a current student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours. Must be dependable and customer service oriented. Able to communicate effectively.
