Women's Soccer Graduate Assistant

Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and conduct a thorough recruiting program. Identify prospective junior and senior HS players in regional market. Phone contact and or email top high school coaches to evaluate recruiting list. Create recruiting packet and monthly communication with prospects and forward names and contact information to admissions. Arrange and coordinate campus visits, including visits during fall home games and away matches. Coordinate overnight visits and team recruit events. Attend regional women's soccer games. Assist with non-traditional season fitness, strength and conditioning program. Assist with preparations for home contests. Qualifications: Successful candidates should have: Competed in varsity women's soccer at the collegiate level. Demonstrated successful coaching experience at the high school or club level. Knowledge and experience with regional women's soccer club programs. Effective communication skills and knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
