Job Title: Client Maintenance Manager Full-Time We are seeking a passionate individual with problem solving skills to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for implementation of service contracts, client relations, onsite identification of maintenance needs, estimating/sales, and overall documentation for clients and office staff. Responsibilities: Facilitate and oversee maintenance of client's homes. Verify all work is completed by yourself and/or subcontractors assigned to the project. Work with maintenance software to complete and assign all job tasks. Manage inventory of items associated with jobs (air filters, light bulbs, water filters etc.) Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and sub-contractors. Develop, build, and manage client base. Oversee sales process at each stage. Be responsible for preparation, presentation, and implementation of maintenance/solution packages. Be responsible for preparation, monitoring, and or remediation of storm-related issues. Verify all administrative documentation is completed with assistance from the applicable department. Tasks: Promoting sales and building client base Developing schedules and coordinating with sub-contractors and clients Completing tasks assigned to each job Reviewing home details and building contracts Following up with clients - reporting/communication Inventory ordering and management Time keeping Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree or Construction Background Microsoft Office proficiency Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate with others in a deadline driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills Effective time management skills Valid Driver's License Ability to pass Background Check Job is full-time, salary, benefits, (health insurance, PTO, 401K, Company Phone, and paid holidays). Salary is commensurate with experience.
