Job Title: Occupational Therapist Locations Available: Barrington, IL Status: PRN 10hrs Friday/Saturday/Sunday with flexibility Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a leading provider in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin area. Our board-certified therapists offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies in post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, in the home setting, and at outpatient locations. CPT employs physical, occupational, and speech therapists, nurse navigators, and fitness trainers to provide comprehensive services. Job Responsibilities: Adhere to the policies and procedures for the provision of therapy services per the goals of CPT and Facility Maintain the standards for rehabilitation services Perform administrative duties as necessary for the day-to-day operations of the rehab department Develop a good rapport with the patient, their family members and third-party payers, and any others involved in the total management of the patient Qualifications: Graduate of an occupational therapy school program approved by the AOTA Licensed, certified, or registered to practice in the State of Illinois or Wisconsin as an occupational therapist Certified by NBCOT as an occupational therapist Functions according to the AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice Benefits Overview 401(k) Retirement Savings Program Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. Knowledge of Net Health a plus however we are willing to train. New grads are welcome to apply.
