The ideal candidate will have strong experience in labor and employment law, be licensed to practice in California, and possess 3-7 years of general litigation experience. Duties:Conduct legal research on labor and employment issues.Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in labor and employment disputes.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment matters.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and development. Requirements:Must be licensed to practice law in California.3-7 years of general litigation experience.Strong understanding of labor and employment law.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to analyze complex legal issues.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Familiarity with relevant legal software and databases.Commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
