The ideal candidate should be a member in good standing of the Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington State Bar, with expertise in consumer credit collections and familiarity with relevant state laws. Job Details:Utilize the firm's case management and reporting software effectively to handle assigned matters.Attend court appearances and fulfill associated travel requirements as necessary.Possess a solid working knowledge of consumer credit collections, state laws, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).Preference for candidates with multi-state licensure. Duties:Manage assigned legal matters using the firm's case management and reporting software.Attend court appearances and handle necessary travel arrangements.Apply expertise in consumer credit collections and relevant state laws to effectively represent clients.Ensure compliance with the FDCPA and other pertinent regulations. Requirements:Member in good standing of the Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington State Bar.Expertise in consumer credit collections and familiarity with relevant state laws.Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington State Bar. Skills:Proficiency in case management and reporting software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
