SummaryResponsible for working incoming mail daily and courier duties to and from the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Your role in our mission:Daily pick up mail from USPS Office and open on the OPEX machine at the Gainwell office:Responsible for timely processing incoming mail and work the return to sender mail as needed :Work Soonercare and TPL mail:Delivery and pick up mail at OHCA, currently once a day:Log certified mail:Work returned (flag) mail:Uploading videos to MAU folder:Assist with scanning documents into COLD and assist with any other work in the mailroom that is needed from day to day :Be a backup for working the inserter for outgoing mail What were looking for::Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite :General Knowledge of PC/Window Operating System : Required Education :High School Degree: Required Experience :Valid Oklahoma Drivers' License:Good Driving Record : Ability to lift 50lbs What you should expect in this role:Office environment:Communication skills:Personal computer and business solutions software skills:Organization skills to balance and prioritize work:Ability to multi:task and work independently and as part of a team. LI:ON:SITE LI:JW1 The pay range for this position is28,500.00:40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job:related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
