Your talents, ideas, and passion are essential to our mission: to help people live better, healthier lives.--The Associate Automation Engineer will support ongoing activities by assisting in troubleshooting automation, instrumentation, and electrical problems, and identifying improvements to minimize interruptions (down time) and reduce energy usage/cost and supporting new and ongoing projects. This is a fulltime role working Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM --Catalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer and Catalent employee.The Role Provide support for automation trouble shooting, user access, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, automation design, systems integration and Computer System Validation Supports development and qualification of SCADA applications Support the multi-use manufacturing facility, including BMS (Building Management Systems) and HVAC systems Monitor, maintain, and support existing production and monitoring systems (PLC, HMI, automation/controls applications, device networks, application software, etc.) Apply and support existing automation validation methods and templates for the qualification of new and existing production automated systems, including major capital projects and continuous improvement of systemsThe Candidate Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or appropriate scientific discipline, required Master's degree, preferred PE / Registered Engineer, preferred OSHA/IOSH/NeBOSH Certification or equivalent, preferred 0-1 years of relevant Project Engineering experience Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirementsWhy You Should Join Catalent Competitive medical benefits and 401K 152 hours of PTO + 8 Paid Holidays Dynamic, fast-paced work environment Opportunity to work on Continuous Improvement ProcessesCatalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!-- Join the global drug development and delivery leader and help us bring over 7,000 life-saving and life-enhancing products to patients around the world.
