Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Set appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Can spend a large amount of time driving• Professional in attitude and appearance• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Good communication Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
