Successful and busy Real Estate Agent is seeking a driven and dedicated real estate assistant to assist with Transaction Coordinating as well as other important and time-sensitive daily tasks. The ideal candidate must be willing to drive/service the greater Phoenix area including all of Maricopa County & most of Pinal County. Essential duties will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients as appropriate, coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs, and attend showings or open houses as needed. The role will also assist with setting up listings, ordering signs/lockboxes, and notating the CRM appropriately with all updates. There will be a need for assistance in completing feedback calls on listings, administrative emails as well as fielding calls. The position will assist with managing the production of all marketing materials and facilitating local events to foster connections with people in the community. A requirement is that the ideal candidate is currently licensed or willing to hang their license with My Home Group Real Estate to have access to the appropriate systems needed for transaction management. This is a salaried position with bonus opportunities and paid time off! Responsibilities:• Available to drive/service greater Phoenix including all of Maricopa County & most of Pinal County• Assist with Transaction Coordinating• Showings/ Open Houses as needed• Feedback calls for sellers• Listing set up• Escrow management• Fielding calls• Intro emails/ administrative duties• Marketing on social channels Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Must have high school diploma or GED • Background in real estate is required for this position• Available evenings and weekends• Communicates well, both verbally and written• Licensed Real Estate Agent in AZ• Updated DISC assessment• Strong preference for license with My Home Group Real Estate or willing to move license there• Strong preference for knowledge of CRM Commissions Inc (CINC) and/or proficiency with quickly learning CRM management• Available to travel all of Maricopa County & most of Pinal County• ARMLS access• Valid driver's license/background check• Must have high school diploma or GED • Background in real estate is required for this position• Available evenings and weekends• Communicates well, both verbally and written Compensation: $19 - $30 hourly About Company: I am an independent agent with My Home Group Real Estate seeking an assistant to help with transaction coordination, administrative, marketing, and showing support as needed.
