Life Enrichment DirectorType: Full-TimeShift: Day ShiftWage: $18-$20/hr DOEBenefits: Employee Medical Benefits starting at $17.50 per pay period for Regence or Kaiser for full time employees.Location: Avamere at Newberg, 730 Foothills Drive, Newberg, OR 97132Responsibilities:Develop and distribute a monthly activities calendar and newsletter for residents and family membersCoordinate and schedule outside vendors and presentersParticipate in community event planning with the marketing staffPrepare person centered Activities as a description for the monthly calendarCreate and update residents service plan preferences in their electronic health recordMake routine visits to residentsPlan, prepare and operate under the Activities budgetParticipate in facility surveys by authorized government agenciesAttend quarterly LED meetingsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.
