We're seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You'll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: --- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed --- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement --- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction --- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed --- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries --- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction --- Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Qualifications: --- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent --- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere --- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills About Company: Our organization, Courtney Rogers State Farm, is located in Beaverton, Oregon.
