Description:Honda is simultaneously hiring for multiple departments. Candidate will be interviewing for both roles. Customer Care Representative Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with one Saturday a month (8 AM - 12 PM) Answering incoming calls throughout the day from Honda/Acura customers who need assistance with their account, payment, information, title request, payment options, logging into website etc.Customer Accounts Representative Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with two late nights a week (11 AM - 8 PM, late nights are never on Friday) with every other Saturdays (8 AM - 12 PM) One week of the month will all be 7a-4p, with Saturday 7a-12p for that week only. This position is a light collections positions, meaning you're calling customers who have only missed one payment (between 1 and 29 days past due). This is more of a customer service role, because often times you're talking to people who need help adding a credit card, changing their expired payment method, don't have auto-pay turned on, forgot their password to log in and pay, etc. Any "heavy" collections activity goes to another department.Other Information: 6-month contract to hire On-site in Irving Looking for career minded individuals Will be cross-trained and moved between departments every few months or so Honda is merging a lot of their business to Irving this year; they are looking for sharp candidates that can be promoted to leadership positions eventually NOT looking for candidates who just wants to be in a call center foreverWork Environment: Office low cubicle environment Corporate business professional Business Casual Dress AttireAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Problem solving skills, attention to detail Must have excellent Communication Skills Experience with customer service and problem resolution Bachelor's degree requiredAdditional Skills & Qualifications:- Problem solving skills, attention to detail- Must have excellent Communication Skills - Experience with customer service and problem resolution- Bachelor's degree required/highly preferredBest: Bachelor's OR Associates with great experience/tenure.
