The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in consumer financial services litigation, be a motivated self-starter capable of managing all phases of litigation, and thrive in a collaborative, team-driven atmosphere.Duties:Manage all aspects of consumer financial services litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation.Conduct legal research and provide timely and accurate analysis of legal issues.Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure effective and efficient case management.Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.Requirements:JD from an accredited law school.California Bar admission.Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer financial services litigation.Strong academic achievement.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:California Bar admission.Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong writing and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.Self-motivated and capable of managing all phases of litigation.Solid understanding of consumer financial services litigation.
