What does a day in the life of a Repair Technician Store Associate look like? When our customers are having a bad day due to their dead car battery, losing their car keys, or breaking their phone, you get the chance to be the hero and press the reset on our customer's day! You have a passion for solving problems and making broken things work like new again! As you utilize your expertise to diagnose, repair, and resolve issues, you ensure that each customer feels valued and that our sales team feels confident in your abilities! In addition to saving our customer's day, you also have the opportunity to work in a customer-service environment where you can expand your skills. You learn how to provide support to our sales team with customer service, order management, store merchandising, and more! You find great satisfaction in helping customers find the correct solution to their battery, lighting, and cell phone problems. And, you love working with such a great team! Qualifications for the Role 18 years or older High School diploma or equivalent Strong desire/ability to be an effective problem solver Good listening and verbal communication skills Able to work in an orderly and organized fashion Able to calculate simple math, percentages, ratios, and read gauges Physically capable of lifting 50+ Lbs. on a regular basis Able to pass background check and drug test Open availability for scheduling Opening, Closing, and Weekend shifts Computer Proficiency Customer Service and Repair Experience is Preferred Demonstration of prior commitment to a job for more than one year Eligibility to work in the US without any visa sponsorship Reasons for Considering a job with Batteries Plus Have you ever joined a team where your work and ideas are valued?
