Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance - Required Minimum Education Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business - Preferred Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Licenses: CPA - Preferred Minimum Work Experience Five years for-profit hospital experience and at least three years in a supervisory role.
