About You: We are looking for a Restaurant/Special Hazard Fire Suppression Technician for the installation, termination, inspection, maintenance, repair and service of pre-engineered fire suppression systems. Essential Functions: Install mechanical piping and components Operate mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure system performance Plan and initiate projects Install and service mechanical and electronic fire systems Install pathways and spaces for installation of mechanical piping Lay out, install and verify operation of mechanical fire suppression systems Install, test, certify and troubleshoot fire suppression systems Meet installation deadlines Prefabricate fire systems for field installation Responsible for accurate tracking on time sheets, service/installation tickets and inventory items Comply with company's and customers' safety program Ability to maintain or acquire local licenses and/or required certifications Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude including the understanding and use of tools Understanding electronic components and circuitry Strong communication skills Self-starter Maintain a high level of professional conduct LVC is an Equal Opportunity Employer as defined by the EEOC.
