Overview*2nd shift work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (2pm to 10pm) Off days: Sunday-Monday*This role will provide daily support to the Food Safety Team while also maintaining and updating all documentation required for the FSMA and FSSC22000.Responsibilities * Daily monitoring of Preventive Controls * Creates reports detailing current performance * Ensures action plans to address gaps are tracked * Follow up/ post audits occur to validate action plan completion * Ensures timely review of plan/ models with appropriate managers * Scheduling meeting events and daily activities * Manage Food Safety and training compliance tracking process * Provide training to employees in all departments * Analyzing recent audit scores and deciding on actions to resolve any noted outages. This will directly impact future audit scores and also plant rankings and GPA * Plans or assigns work, approves work, coaches/develops employees.
