The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload involving real estate and business litigation matters, requiring expertise in Oregon state and federal court practices and procedures.Duties:Represent clients in state and federal courts' real estate and business litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on real estate and business litigation issues.Manage caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Oregon State Bar in good standing.Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on real estate and business litigation.Strong command of Oregon state and federal court practices and procedures.Well-developed written and oral advocacy skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.Keen attention to detail and accuracy.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Oregon State Bar in good standing.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.Collaborative and team-oriented approach.Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
