Your role in our mission:Plans and designs complex business processes and system modifications. Makes recommendations to improve and support business activities.:Gathers business requirements through a variety of techniques such as work sessions and interviews. Analyzes and documents client complex business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to appropriate parties.:Creates complex test case scenarios to be used in testing; monitors/oversees the testing of business applications to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the system design.:Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs. Develops business specifications to support complex modifications.:Coordinates and facilitates complex meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.:Actively participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify intent of change is carried through the entire project.:Assists and analyze testing results in all phases.:Provides time estimates for project related tasks. Compares time estimates to the actual hours on a project. Provide lessons learned and ways to improve processes.:Assists with developing complex methods and procedures required to identify whether current business goals and objectives meet organizational needs.:Works independently to drive complex projects and is a Subject Matter Expert on multiple sub:systems. What were looking for:10+ years of business analysis experience:Extensive experience working with information technology interfaces within organizations and business process re:engineering.:Proficiency in software development life cycle methodologies and requirement gathering, including creating deliverable documentation and structured user manuals.:Strong familiarity with project and change management tools such as Visio Flow, ALM, and ServiceNow, as well as experience with SQL queries.:Specialized experience in health care/health insurance industry preferred.: A caring team leader who motivates and coaches less experienced resources What you should expect in this role:Fully Remote OpportunityNote :Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.:The deadline to submit applications for this posting is 5/31/2024.The pay range for this position is 86,800.00 : 124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job:related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
