Must be lifeguard & CPR certified, 16 years or older, and be able to work at least 15 hours a week. Typical duties include... Scanning the water and ensuring a safe environment when in the chair Enforcing all pool rules Keep the rotations in sync and be respectful of other employees time Pick up trash on the deck and change trash cans when full Keep bathrooms clean and fully stocked Keep older children out of the baby pool Check chemicals 3 times a day Stay aware when out of the chair Country club lifeguard experience preferred but not required.
