Responsibilities: --- Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization --- A/P, A/R, Bank Reconciliation, Staff/Client Billing --- HR (Payroll via ADP, Benefits, Personnel file maintenance and records) --- Office Supply Maintenance --- Staff Support --- Record Maintenance Qualifications: --- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent --- Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities --- Excellent written and verbal communication --- General computer skills, comfortable with new technology --- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Quickbooks experience a plus About Company: Shuster & Company, PC is a Denver based accounting firm with an emphasis on forensic accounting, business valuation, litigation support, divorce financial consulting and family law support. Our staff holds various professional credentials including CPA, CVA, ABV, FCPA, and CGMA. We have been accepted as an expert by the Courts and have served as consultants for plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil and criminal legal matters.
