Communications Intern

Description:
You will be responsible to: Assist with content creation for various internal communication channels, including TVs, intranet articles, and internal social media platforms. Assist with the development and execution of internal communication campaigns across various channels. Research and develop engaging content formats (e.g., videos, infographics) to effectively communicate company news, updates, and initiatives. Support the planning, logistics, and execution of internal events, such as town halls, team-building activities, celebrations, and awareness days. Assist with maintaining and updating internal communication resources and platforms. Help with on-site video and photography to amplify NJ site presence. Help create employee engagement with NJ site. Provide administrative and operational support to the internal communications team. We are looking to recruit a Candidate: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (or recent graduate). Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail. Creative and resourceful with the ability to develop engaging content. Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work in a face-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
