Full or Part-time Deputy Clerk Position Opening for the City of RichmondThe City of Richmond is seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of Deputy Clerk. Major functions of this position include: Utility Billing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Zoning/Permits, Record Retention, Election Administration, Typing Meeting Minutes, Answering Phones, Providing Staff Support and Assisting the City Administrator with day-to-day duties. General qualifications include: Associate degree in communications, accounting, business management or related field (relevant work experience may compensate for education requirements).
