The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls is looking to hire a Licensed Massage Therapist to add to our team for weekends! We schedule all appointments and take care of billing all clients. You only come in when you have appointments scheduled, so no sitting around waiting for work! You work for a percentage of all treatments you complete. Tips that you receive in cash go home with you that day. Credit card tips go on your check. You are an employee here. You are paid every 2 weeks. Employee benefits include: meal discounts, free stays, birthday gifts, free golf, free Sam's Club membership, and more. Flexible scheduling, a beautiful setting, and friendly staff and clients! Paid time off, health insurance including vision and dental, and more for all staff! 250 bonus after 90 days. Employee referral bonus if you bring someone to work at The Inn and they are in good standing after 90 days. Clients are on vacation and looking to relax, they are happy to be here! Responsibilities:• Perform massages, spa facials, scrubs & wraps, etc. as scheduled• Keep your treatment room and common areas of the spa clean and neat• Keep your treatment room stocked with product• Bring dirty laundry to the laundry facility and take clean laundry to the spa• Communicate with Spa Manager and Office staff• Arrive 30minutes prior to your first appointment Qualifications:• Must be available weekends• Must have a valid Massage License from the State of Ohio• Must have Massage Insurance• Must have a positive attitude• Must pass a criminal background check• Must have reliable transportation• Keep a neat and tidy workspace Compensation: $50 - $75 hourly About Company: Our company has been in operation for 38 years. We are a full-service Inn with Geodomes, Cottages, Yurts, Cabins, and Lodges. We also have an onsite restaurant where we serve breakfast daily to all guests for free. We are open for lunch in the peak season (May through October) and are open for dinner nightly. We have a spa where visitors can get massages, spa facials, scrubs, wraps, etc. We have great benefits such as paid vacation, personal time, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, and gift shop discounts. We also offer discounted meals and spa services as well as free items such as towels and sheets when available. We also own a golf course and you can golf for free. Employee bonus after 90 days.
