Volt is immediately hiring for an Architectural Designer/Drafter in Hillsboro, Oregon! This is an exciting opportunity with a growing company working complex tool builds. Please apply if interested!This is a full time, contingent to hire opportunity.As an Architectural Designer/Drafter you will:* Perform layout and detailing on architectural projects according to contract documents and specifications.* Coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project and establish client and internal meetings.The ideal candidate will have:* 2-8 years of experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, architectural registration is a plus.* The qualified candidate should also have experience in field observation, knowledge of building materials, specifications, construction techniques experience with building codes, zoning and have sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines.* Proficiency in the use of software programs including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe, SketchUp and Revit.Pay Rate: $30.00/per hour -$49.00/per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
