The postholder will support the Head of Finance with the Adults Change Programme, covering cost-benefit sense checks, financial KPIs, financial reporting and management of the budget. The Finance Manager will identify improvements for the programme and present the outcomes for these improvements alongside quantifying the costs of the programme throughout. The Finance Manager will provide a full range of potential financial outcomes to advise the senior members of the impact of the programme.
