Be it in wind power, solar power, electronics, electric vehicles, aeronautics, space or countless or other sectors, wherever technology is progressing, you will always find a bit of Mersen.CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN Position Type: Part-Time Location: Greenville, MichiganReports to: Sales Manager Mission Working closely with the Customer Service Team to accommodate daily customer requests Monthly task completion of sales reporting Process paperwork for incoming orders and material shipments Miscellaneous projects and tasks Office organization for record keeping General customer service (answering phone calls) Learning technical skills related to the industry.Required Skills Perusing post high school degree in administration, marketing, communications, or a business-related field Strong attention to detail Great time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize. Strong written and verbal communication Self-motivation General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
