Roles and Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables for both exempt and non-exempt Operations roles across multiple lines of business. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and extending job offersPartner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needsCandidate management - manage robust candidate pipelines, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closingWork cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusionLeverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partnersSource stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market We recognize that many life paths can contribute to interest in this role. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting, including full life cycle, research, and sourcing1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teamsAbility to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environmentAbility to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talentExperience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiringAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
