Summary Responsible for management, development and leadership of the Relationship Team. Assists the Relationship Manager II/Relationship Development Manager in the overall performance of the Office. Focuses on service, referrals and operations. Fulfills consumer lending needs. Create and contribute to a positive work environment that facilitates exceptional service, expanding profitable client relationships and employee engagementLead and guide Team; attainment of sales, service and financial goals, open/maintain consumer and business accounts, referrals and recommendationsSupervise and create accountability through performance management against objectives to build motivation and commitmentCreate and contribute to a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional service expanding profitable client relationships and employee engagementEstablish Department and individual goals while engaging Team to take ownership of achieving goals; conducts monthly one-on-one coaching with TeamStrive to meet/exceed established Department and individual goals while taking ownership of achieving those goalsCreate Team schedule; manage and approve timekeepingBuild and maintain Team through onboarding and exit processAbility to prioritize and delegate tasksEnsure the Office is professional and clean in appearance, both inside and outMaintain cash handling skills and assist on the front line when necessaryComplete vault duties, including buying/selling currency, balancing ATMInitiate wire transfersPromote the banks products and servicesPlan volunteer activities for TeamMaintain a strong community presenceEnsure continuous training and development of self and TeamFollow policies and procedures to protect the bank from risk and exposureEnsure compliance and audit controls are followed to protect the bank from unnecessary risk and exposure Competencies Alliance Bank core values: Be Responsive, Have Integrity, Be Secure, Deliver Value, Be ReliableBuilding RelationshipsProblem SolvingConflict ResolutionEmployee Engagement and Development Supervisory Responsibility This position supervises the Relationship Team. Work Environment & Physical Demands This position travels by vehicle in the Alliance Bank footprint and surrounding areas. This job operates in a clerical office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment. This position requires manual dexterity and the ability to lift, bend, or stand as necessary. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Full-time employee must work 35-40 hours per week average to maintain full-time status.
