Looking for a committed Construction Superintendent located in Markle, IN, US, to supervise the full construction process. The main duty of this role is to efficiently oversee trade contractors, guaranteeing on-time and budget-friendly execution of all assignments while upholding outstanding quality benchmarks. Responsibilities:• Manage daily activities of construction from pre-construction meeting until completion• Maintain relationships with owners, sales team, trade contractors, and vendors• Maintain construction budgets and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion• Maintain on-site quality control and job safety plans• Conduct owner walk-throughs and meetings Qualifications:• 3-5 years of Superintendent experience in wood-framed construction• Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple projects at a time• Team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills• Thorough understanding of all stages of construction with the ability to read blueprints, specifications, design books, and drawings• Wood Species Identification: Recognizing different species of wood and understanding their unique characteristics and typical uses• Measurement and Dimensions: Proficiency in measuring lumber, including knowledge of board feet, linear feet, thickness, width, and length• Basic technology skills including Microsoft Suite• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly About Company: We own and operate one of the largest truss and panel operations in the Midwest.
