Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Research Assistant for a national survey research project. In this role, you will be responsible for proofing changes to multiple web-based surveys, mailing preparation, tracking longitudinal panel participants, and data entry. Position Description for Temporary Assistant in Research Proof survey documents for annual revisions and corrections Assist in preparing survey mailings; open, check and log returned paper surveys. Review information collected by calling center personnel for completeness and accuracy. Conduct tracking of longitudinal survey respondents using internet based search software. Enter and check names and addresses from hand-written cards. Perform additional project-related tasks as needed, including assisting with other pilot projects or mailings. Required Qualifications* High school education. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent attention to detail. Must be self-motivated, willing to learn new skills, and able to work independently Desired Qualifications* Knowledge or interest in social sciences. Experience working with surveys.
