They will also be responsible for marketing the firm's services, managing client consultations, and engaging in brand expansion activities. Duties:Utilize mediation skills to resolve family law cases successfullyRepresent clients in trials with a proven track record of successConduct legal research and analysis on complex issuesDraft memorandums, briefs, letters, and other legal documentsMarket the firm's services to attract prospective clientsPerform discovery of electronic and hard copy information for litigationConduct due diligence in all legal mattersDemonstrate strong communication and advocacy skillsManage a schedule to meet production and collection objectivesEngage in brand expansion through blogging, social media, and other platformsSolicit positive feedback and reviews from satisfied clientsPerform other assigned job duties as needed Requirements:Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the Bar in the state5+ years of law practice experience, with a focus on family lawExcellent writing and interpersonal skillsStrong legal research skills Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) plan with company matchingUnlimited paid time off for vacation and sick daysPaid federal holidays with up to 16 hours annually
