Practice Area: Personal Injury Defense, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. The candidate will handle approximately 35-40 files and collaborate closely with a paralegal and team of legal assistants to support ongoing cases and trial preparation. Trial experience is required, including first-chair experience, along with a strong background in general litigation, motion practice, deposition experience, and discovery practice. The role requires excellent communication skills, prioritization of client service, and proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
