What You'll Be Doing: We're seeking a Project Coordinator to join our expanding team. As part of our collaborative consultancy, you'll contribute to delivering results across various industries and technology platforms. At Fresh, you'll experience a dynamic work environment alongside a talented team, comprehensive benefits, and an innovative culture. Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers, directors, and team members to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and key milestones. Assist in scheduling tasks and schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management. Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas, and ensure all team members are informed of project goals, objectives, and expectations. Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and issue logs. Monitor and track project resources, including personnel, labor budgets, and materials. Generate status reports both for clients and internal portfolio reviews. Provide additional support to project managers and team members as needed. Handle administrative tasks, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist with project-related activities to ensure smooth project execution. Desired Skills: 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar role Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with project management software (MS Project or similar) Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
